It has been a long time indeed since the last entry in this journal or at least it feels like it. I have been engaged in several varied activities and thought a great lot of things, some of which I will let you know of right now.
Firstly, I rang the bells of St. John's church at twelve o'clock on the seventeenth of June. It is important because those bells are gigantic and I've always wondered what it would be like to be the hunchback in the tower.
Secondly, I found out that Canadian whiskey, champagne and some stronger ethyl alcohol based drinks don't induce a hangover in me. This will become handy in times, where I need to intoxicate myself out of an edgy situation.
Thirdly, I found that playing a huge 4X strategy game for 12 hours after drinking the previous night may end with hilariously surprising results. It was my first time playing a 4X boardgame and yet I did manage to be the first (and arguably the only one) to build the most powerful battle vehicles in the game- The War Suns. During this rather long game I presumed the alias of Dr.Warsun, for I was madly in love with this giant spherical battleship (strongly resembling a Death Star). In the end of the game I had two of these beastly bits of machinery and only one other person had managed to build one these himself, but sadly it never left his space dock. I will remain Dr. Warsun in every game of Twilight Imperium from now on.
